He has advised major international brands during his career, including the Dutch-based mega-communications provider VimpelCom and one of the most famous IP brands in the world – the Russian animation sensation “Masha and the Bear”.
Graduating magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School with a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property, Media and Information law, Mr. Loveyko earlier completed his International Sports Law Master’s program at the top of his class in Madrid and is also licensed to practice law in his native Russia, along with the state of New York.

Mr. Loveyko also actively participates in the startup and tech community of the city of Miami, hosting Office Hours and regularly presenting on the topics of Intellectual Property, Internet, Social Media, Web3 and Startup law. He also acted as both a co-Director and a mentor for the Miami Chapter of Founder Institute – the world’s largest startup accelerator – helping dozens of founders with various aspects of launching their tech businesses in addition to his legal practice at ChaseLawyers®.
In recent years, Mr. Loveyko has been working closely with a variety of Web3 clients, providing legal advice and guidance on the complex legal landscape of the emerging blockchain and decentralized technologies. He has helped clients navigate the regulatory and legal challenges of launching initial coin offerings (ICOs), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and decentralized applications (DApps). His expertise in intellectual property law has also been instrumental in helping clients protect their blockchain-based innovations and assets.
In addition, Alex has also been actively working with clients in the cannabis industry, providing legal guidance on the various legal and regulatory challenges faced by entrepreneurs and businesses in the cannabis space. He has advised clients on compliance with state and federal laws, licensing, and intellectual property protection in the cannabis industry. His experience in the startup and tech community has also been valuable in helping cannabis startups navigate the legal and regulatory hurdles of launching and scaling their businesses.
