Anastasia Latman

Anastasia Latman, Esq. is a New York licensed attorney practicing intellectual property and entertainment law, handling both litigation and transactional matters.  Ms. Latman represents a wide variety of clients in the entertainment industry and has a deep understanding of the creative talent her clients share with the world.  Ms. Latman also works with businesses in the beauty industry, combining a traditional business law practice with a modern entertainment based practice. 

Ms. Latman graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law with honors and later earned a Master’s Degree in Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law from the University of Miami School of Law.  Prior to joining ChaseLawyers of counsel, Ms. Latman began her career litigating civil matters where she developed a deep awareness of critical issues and routinely counseled clients on preventative measures to avoid high-cost disputes. 

As a writer herself, Ms. Latman always strives to remain connected to the creative side of the entertainment industry.  After helping clients solve their legal and business problems, Ms. Latman uses her free time writing content for a legal blog she co-founded, which focuses on all things trademark law.  Recently, Ms. Latman began to work on a podcast, which she hopes to launch sometime this year.
